Leadership Training

In the second half of 2021, the Foundation developed leadership and communication skills of nearly 3,000 women and 600 men from local communities in 5 KP districts. The trained leaders became more familiar with gender equality, human & constitutional rights. They also learnt communication and advocacy skills. The trained leaders will help their communities become more socially inclusive and reject all forms of discrimination.
