Aawaz II celebrates six years of partnership with local organisations and communities that have changed discriminatory social norms and worked together with provincial and district governments for improving access to services and benefits for the most marginalised. A few key achievements include:

1. 35.9 million individuals have been reached through 1,455 Aawaz II community-led structures, across 37 Districts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab.
2. Citizen-state collaborative action resulting in the passage of the Punjab Hindu Marriage Rules 2024, securing the rights to marriage, birth registration, school enrolment, access to health, for the Hindu population in Punjab, and the activation and utilisation of the KP disabled persons rehab fund for the benefits of PWDs in the province.
3. 19,773 youth volunteers forming the backbone of the programme, trained on behaviour change communications through increased digital literacy and skills for inclusive community engagement. These youth volunteers serve as Aawaz change agents.

The remarkable success of the Aawaz II programme as a transformative initiative that was designed for and led by communities was lauded by Prof. Ahsan Iqbal, Minister for Planning, Development & Special Initiatives, at the National Learning Event held in Islamabad.
